Ask Vaultime
“Who was late last night?”
A week with Vaultime
A security firm rosters 30 guards across 8 sites. A guard's 10 pm shift shows Not in yet at 10:15; the supervisor asks Ask Vaultime who could cover, and calls the next person.
Questions
Can guards clock in with a photo?
At a shared tablet (kiosk), yes: turn on Photo at punch and the tablet takes a photo each time, kept for a period you choose (90 days by default). On phones, clock-in is checked by GPS instead and no punch photo is taken, but guards can add their own photos to their shift, such as a damaged gate, with a note for the supervisor.
