Teams & multiple locations

Rostering and timesheets for multiple locations

Each store, site or crew is a team with its own manager. Managers roster, approve and report on their own people; head office sees everything.

Each manager, their people

With teams on, an Admin's roster, approvals, timesheets, reports, people and Ask Vaultime cover only the teams they lead and the people they approve.

Head office sees all

Super Admins see every location and its settings. Payroll and invoicing access cover everyone, so they stay with head office.

Cover shifts work

Someone from another store covering a shift is seen by that store's manager for that shift, while their own manager still approves their week.

Set up from your sites

One tap makes a team per workplace with the people who work there. Place anyone left over, then turn teams on.

A preview first

Before teams go on, you see what each manager will see and who isn't in a team yet.

Small business? Nothing to do

With teams off, Admins see everyone, as before.

Questions

Can someone work at two stores?

Yes. They can be in both teams: both managers can roster them, and their own store's manager approves their time.

Can an area manager look after several stores?

Yes. Make them the leader of each store's team, or a Super Admin to see the whole business.

Is it an extra cost?

No. Teams are part of every plan.
