Is Ask Vaultime included?
Yes. Every plan includes data questions each month (300 until 31 December 2026, then 100), and how-to questions are free. More is available with Plus or top-up packs.
Can it make mistakes?
Yes, like any AI. Answers come from your data and show where to check; anything used for pay should be checked in Reports.
Can employees see other people's hours?
No. It only shows what the person's role already lets them see in Vaultime.
Where does my data go?
To answer, the question and the data needed for it (names, hours, dates, counts the asker can already see) go to Google's Gemini API on paid terms that don't use it to train models. Never email addresses, phone numbers, locations or photos.
Can I turn it off, or limit who uses it?
Yes. Super Admins can switch data questions off, allow managers only or selected people, and set monthly limits per role or person.
