Ask Vaultime questions: what's included, Plus and top-ups
Who: the Super Admin who pays. Go to: Settings → My account → the Ask Vaultime card.
Questions about your data ("Who's over 38 hours this week?") count against a monthly allowance. How-to questions are always free. The allowance is shared by every workspace you own, like your seats.

- The card shows how many questions are left this month, with a bar split into included (your theme colour), Plus (blue) and top-ups (green).
- Order of use: included questions first, then Plus, then top-ups.
- Turn on Plus: Need more? → Plus → Turn on → Turn on and pay. You're charged now for the rest of this billing month and get the matching share of the 500 straight away (for example, halfway through the month: about $6 and 250 questions). From then on it's $12 and 500 questions at each renewal.
- Turn off Plus: Turn off. It won't renew, there's no refund, and the Plus questions you've paid for last until your renewal date (the card shows Until 28 Oct).
- Buy a top-up: Need more? → Top-up pack → Buy. Stripe's checkout opens; choose how many packs (1–10) and pay. The questions appear when you come back.
- Not available during the free trial: subscribing comes first.
- Usage (top right of the card) shows who asked how many, about what, and on which days, by month. Export CSV downloads it. The record never includes the questions or answers.
Example: Harbour Café's managers use Ask Vaultime heavily in December. On 18 December the card says Running low with 22 left. Priya taps Buy on the top-up pack, pays US$5, and has 150 more that last until next December. In January she turns on Plus instead, because the team now asks about 400 questions a month.
Turning on Plus shows exactly what you'll pay before you confirm: the amount charged today for the rest of the billing month, the card it goes on, and your monthly bill from the next renewal. It's charged to the card on your subscription, and Stripe emails the receipt. If your bank asks for a security check, you finish it on Stripe's secure page and Plus turns on once it's paid; a declined card changes nothing.
