Pay what's owed first

Who: the Owner. When: you subscribe again, take over a workspace in a handover, or buy an Ask Vaultime top-up, and an earlier bill was never paid.

Vaultime shows There's US$8.00 to pay first (with the amount owed) instead of opening the checkout.

Why: a bill from an earlier subscription is still open, usually because the card was declined or removed and the subscription ended unpaid. It must be settled before a new subscription starts on the same account.

  1. Tap Pay US$8.00 (the amount owed). Stripe's secure page opens with the unpaid invoice.
  2. Pay it by card.
  3. Come back to Vaultime and tap Subscribe (or Subscribe to take over, or Buy) again.
  • Paying the old bill doesn't restart anything by itself; subscribing does.
  • Amounts under US$1 are ignored.
  • Think the bill is wrong? Message us from Help before paying, with the invoice date.

Example: Sam's card expired in March and his subscription ended unpaid, owing US$8.00. In May he taps Subscribe for Sam's Tiling and sees There's US$8.00 to pay first. He pays it on Stripe's page, taps Subscribe again, and the workspace is active.
