16. Custom fields (Admin, Super Admin)
Your own columns on people, projects, sites and work types: Employee ID, Payroll ID, Cost centre, Licences, Pay frequency, State, Last day… Payroll exports, rules and Ask Vaultime can all use them.
Who: the Owner, or someone they give Fields access (Payroll → Access), makes and changes fields. Admins and Super Admins fill in values. Each person can see their own values only for fields marked They can see it.
