What staff see, and Ask Vaultime

• Staff see only their own values, and only for fields marked They can see it, in Profile, read only. To change one, they ask a manager.
• Admins and Super Admins see and fill in every field.
• Ask Vaultime answers questions about fields for managers: Who has no Employee ID?, Who's paid weekly?, Who has First aid?, How many people per state?, Does anyone share a payroll ID?, Whose last day is this month?, Which invitations are missing fields? Staff can ask What's my employee ID? for their own visible fields.
• Kept from Ask Vaultime: a field with Ask Vaultime can read this field off is never named or shown by Ask Vaultime, whoever asks. Payroll still uses it to sort hours and check exports, but no answer mentions its values. Ask Which fields can't you see? and it says how many, never which.
• Every change to a field or a value is in the Audit log, before → after.
