9. Projects & sites (Admin, Super Admin)
Who: Admins and Super Admins. Go to: sidebar → Projects & sites. On a phone: More → Projects & sites.
One screen with four tabs: Projects, Clients, Workplaces and Job sites. Each tab shows its count, a search box and filter chips. Tap any row to open it in place and see its details and actions; tap again to close it. On a phone one row is open at a time.
- Projects are what your team logs time against: a client, a job, a department or a cost centre.
- Work types describe the kind of work, like Development, Meeting or Site visit.
- Clients are who the work is for.
- Workplaces and Job sites are where people clock in (see section 12 for setting them up).
Reports and pay exports can total hours by each of them.
