What counts as a person?
Someone who has joined one of your workspaces. Each person counts once across all the workspaces you own, and invitations still waiting don't count.
What if my team grows or shrinks?
Your bill follows the number of people automatically, adjusted for the days left in the month.
We bring on a big casual crew for one event. Do they all count?
Yes, while they're in your workspace: each person who has joined counts once. Remove them in People after the event and your bill goes down from then on, adjusted for the days left in the month. Their hours and records stay.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days for up to 5 people, with no card needed. Subscribe any time to add more people. If the trial ends without a subscription, your workspace becomes read-only (nothing is deleted) until you subscribe.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars. Tax is worked out at checkout for your country and included where it applies (for example GST in Australia).
Can I cancel?
Any time. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for; there are no refunds for the rest of that period. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
What happens to Ask Vaultime questions I don't use?
Included and Plus questions reset each month. Top-up packs last 12 months.
