Know who was on which job, for how long

Every job gets a job site. Your team clocks in when they arrive, moves to the next job with one tap, and their hours land on the right job for invoicing.

Sound familiar?

  • Paper timesheets filled in on Friday from memory
  • Not knowing how long a job really took
  • Travel between sites that's never recorded

With Vaultime

  • Job sites. Each job has its site, boundary and end date, and archives itself when it's done.
  • GPS clock-in. Checked once at clock-in, against the job's boundary. Never tracked all day.
  • Move between jobs. One tap to the next job, with the travel between recorded and optionally paid.
  • Photos of the work. Crews add photos to their shift, with a note, for the client or the next trade.
An example

A week with Vaultime

Sam's Tiling runs a different job most weeks. Sam adds Beach House bathroom as a job site from the roster, with the gate code in its notes. Jake clocks in there at 7:00, moves to 22 Ocean Rd after lunch, and the 25-minute drive between is recorded as travel. Friday's report shows hours per job, ready to invoice.
