Job sites

Job site time tracking for mobile teams

A job site is a place the work happens for a while. It has its job, a boundary for clock-in, notes on how to get in, and it archives itself when the work ends.

Clock in at the job

Staff clock in at the job site and their hours land on the right job automatically.

Move between jobs

One tap moves someone to their next job, with the travel between them recorded.

Travel pay

Pay travel between jobs, with a cap if you like, and flag unusually long trips.

Access notes

Gate codes and parking, shown to the rostered person before their shift.

Tidy by itself

Job sites archive themselves when the work ends, and their records stay.

Roster a day across jobs

Plan a day with several jobs for one person.

Questions

Can I add a job site from the roster?

Yes. Add a shift, pick Site, then New job site.

Is travel time between jobs counted?

Yes, as a separate travel part of the day, and you choose whether and how it's paid.

What's the difference between a workplace and a job site?

Workplaces are permanent (your shop or office). Job sites come and go with the work.
