Rosters & scheduling

Staff rostering and shift scheduling software

Build next week's roster, see planned hours as you go, and publish it. Staff get their shifts on their phone, ask for open shifts, and ask for cover or swaps.

Build and publish

Tap a day to add a shift, give a whole crew (up to 200 people, or a whole team by tag) the same shift in one go, repeat it weekly, or copy last week. Staff only see it once you publish.

Open shifts, cover and swaps

Put up one open shift or a hundred; staff ask for them and you choose who gets each. Approve cover and swaps in one place.

Teams, leave and availability

Tag people by team or skill (Green, Bar, First aid) to roster and report by. Staff ask for leave and say when they can't work; you see it while rostering.

Planned hours and warnings

Hours per person as you roster, with warnings for long weeks, long shifts and short rests.

Who turned up

Late, left early and no-shows, straight from clock-ins, with reminders before each shift.

Pay the roster, or the clock

Pay rostered hours whatever the clock says, clocked time, or clocked time less the rostered break.

Questions

Can staff swap shifts themselves?

They ask, the other person accepts, and a manager approves (or you can let swaps go through without approval).

Can I print the roster?

Yes. Print it or export it for the staff room.

Do rosters work with clock-in?

Yes. Clock-ins are matched to rostered shifts, so you see who's late or missing, and can pay rostered hours if you choose.
