Introduction
Vaultime is where your team records its hours (typed in, or clocked in on a phone or tablet), sends them for approval, plans shifts on a roster and turns the hours into pay reports. It runs on web, Android, iOS, macOS and Windows. This manual covers every feature, step by step, for every role, with a worked example for each.
How to read this manual. Each workflow starts with Who (which roles can do it) and Go to (where it is). On a computer, every screen is in the sidebar on the left. On a phone, the main screens are in the bottom bar, and everything else is behind More (the last button). Each workflow ends with an Example from one of the three businesses below.
