Switch off or delete a work type

Go to: open the project → Work types → Manage → the work type.

• Switch it off to hide it from the entry form. Past entries keep it.
• Delete it only when no entry uses it. Vaultime tells you how many entries do, and suggests switching it off instead.

Example: Grace no longer offers Payroll setup. 14 old entries use it, so she switches it off instead of deleting it. It disappears from Aisha's form, and the old entries keep their label.
