Check clocked-in time

Go to: Approvals → Pending → an entry → Clocked in · see punches.

When your workplace uses Clock in, entries from punches show where the time came from. Anything worth a look carries a flag, such as Outside the site boundary or Simulated location.

1. On Pending, tap Flagged only to see just the entries that need a look.
2. Tap Clocked in · see punches on an entry to see each punch: time, site, distance, accuracy, how it was made (phone, scanned kiosk code, kiosk PIN or badge), device, and whether it was sent offline.
3. For a kiosk punch with a photo, tap View photo. The link works for 60 seconds, and every viewing is recorded in the Audit log.
4. Approve or reject as usual. A flag is information, not a verdict.

At job sites the evidence also shows each part of the day, with Move to a site, Make this a job site, Set travel and Split at… (see Job sites).

Example: Tom taps Flagged only and sees Leo's Tuesday: Outside the site boundary, 240 m. He opens the punches: 6:58 am, accuracy 15 m, Leo's usual phone. Leo had said he was unloading the delivery van round the corner, so Tom approves it.
