See the photos staff add

Who: Admins and Super Admins. Go to: Approvals → Photos for the whole workspace, or a site's or project's PHOTOS → See photos in Projects & sites. (Staff see their own on the Clock card's Photos, on their entries in Timesheets, and in My shifts.)

  • Photos from all work: clocked shifts, typed hours and rostered shifts.
  • By day, then person: newest day first; under each day, each person with their shift (7:00 am – 3:30 pm, 8.5 h), rostered shift or typed hours (Typed hours, 6 h) and how many photos, then the photos in the order taken, each with its time.
  • Choose what to see: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Choose dates (up to 3 months), then a Site, Person or Tag, a label (Before, After, Issue, Delivery, Other) and Kept only. A site's page shows only that site; a project's page shows the project at every site.
  • Full size: who, when it was taken, when it was added (if later), the site, the project, its label (you can change it) and note. From photos means it was chosen from the phone's library; Taken on another day means its date differs from the work it's on.
  • Photo report: tap Photo report for a PDF of what's shown (up to 300 photos): a cover with the site or project and dates, then each day and person with their photos, times, labels and notes. Protected photos are included only when your device can open them.
  • In Approvals: a typed entry with photos shows 3 photos under it; tap to see them. Clocked entries show theirs in See punches.
  • Keep holds a photo past your retention period (for an incident or a dispute); Don't keep lets it go again. A kept photo can't be removed by the person who took it.
  • Remove deletes it. Staff can remove their own within 24 hours unless it's kept.
  • Viewing is recorded: each time a manager opens someone's photos, the Audit log records it (whose photos, which ones). Adding, removing, keeping and relabelling are recorded too.

Example: after the job at Gate A, Priya opens its PHOTOS, picks Last 7 days and the Issue label, and sees two photos from Tom. She keeps one, then taps Photo report to send the week's photos to the client.

Protected photos: where photo protection is on (Settings → Data and privacy), photos are locked on the phone or tablet that takes them. You see them on devices that hold the key; others see a lock with Unlock photos. See Protect photos (photo protection).
