On a computer

• Sidebar (left): every screen your role can open, with Help and Suggest a feature at the bottom.
• Collapse it: tap the round arrow on the sidebar's right edge for more room. Icons stay, with tooltips.
• Workspace name (top of the sidebar): switch workspace, start your own, or see invitations.
• Bell (next to the logo): your notifications, with an unread count. Tap one to jump to it, or Mark all read.
• Clock card: at the top of the Dashboard and Timesheets, when your workplace uses Clock in.
• Your name (bottom of the sidebar): opens Profile.
• Look and feel (bottom of the sidebar): light or dark mode, and a colour theme.
• Ask Vaultime: the round chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of every screen. Ask it how to do anything, or ask about your hours, shifts and team.

Example: Tom works at the office computer. He collapses the sidebar to see the whole roster, taps the bell to read Maya submitted her week, and it opens Approvals.
