Create your first workspace
Who: anyone. Go to: the Welcome screen → Start a workspace.
- Open Vaultime (the app, or the website) and tap Start a workspace.
- Continue with Google or Microsoft (or Apple on iPhone, iPad and Mac), or sign up with email and password. Type your workspace's name, usually your business name.
- With email, confirm your address from the email Vaultime sends.
- Answer a few setup questions (next section), or tap Set up later. Working on your own? Pick I work for myself (see Work for yourself). Then you're on the Dashboard.
The workspace starts with a 14-day free trial for up to 5 people. No card is needed.
Example: Sam opens Vaultime on his phone, taps Start a workspace, continues with Google and names the workspace Sam's Tiling. He lands on the setup questions.
