Join a workspace you were invited to

Who: anyone who's been invited. Nobody is added to a workspace without saying yes. An invitation is an offer: you choose Join or Decline.

New to Vaultime:

1. Open the invite email and tap View invitation.
2. Create your account with the email the invite was sent to (it's filled in for you), and confirm it from the email Vaultime sends.
3. You see Join [workspace]?: who invited you, your role, and what that workspace will see (your name, email and time; your rostered shifts; with Clock in, your location once each time you clock in or out on your phone; and kiosk photos if they use them).
4. Tap Join, or Decline if it isn't for you. Nothing is shared until you tap Join.

Already use Vaultime: you get the email and a notification. Open Invitations from the notification, the card on your Dashboard, or the workspace switcher (1 invitation to review), then tap Join or Decline. Each invitation gets its own card.

If you decline, whoever invited you is told and you aren't added. They can invite you again later. An invitation you ignore expires after 7 days.

Your first time in a workspace: a short welcome says who your manager is and what the workspace uses (how you clock in, rosters, job sites, how often time is approved). Then come only the steps that apply on your device: notifications (explained first, then your phone asks), your kiosk PIN if your workplace has a tablet, and Face ID / fingerprint lock. Every step can be skipped with Later, Skip or Close, and it shows once. Location isn't asked for here; that happens at your first clock-in, after the clock-in notice. Admins also get a What you can do here card on the Dashboard with shortcuts to Approvals, Roster and People.

Example: Maya gets an email from Priya, taps View invitation, signs up with that same email and taps Join Harbour Café. The welcome says Your manager is Tom and You clock in and out on your phone at work. She turns on notifications, sets her kiosk PIN, skips Face ID, and lands on the Dashboard.
