Lock the app with Face ID or fingerprint

Who: everyone, on a phone or tablet. Go to: Profile → Face ID / Fingerprint lock.

Turn it on, and the app asks for Face ID, a fingerprint or your device passcode each time it starts from scratch. Switching between apps doesn't re-lock it, and it doesn't ask right after you've signed in with your password. It's your own setting on this device: signing out puts it away, and anyone else who signs in on the same device has their own. Vaultime never sees or stores biometric data.

It isn't in a web browser, which can't lock an app this way. On the web, add a passkey to sign in with Face ID or a fingerprint instead (see Sign in with a passkey).

Example: Jake keeps his phone in the ute. He turns on the fingerprint lock so nobody can open his timesheets if the phone is left behind.
