Never miss a reply

When there's something new, a count badge appears on Help or Suggest a feature in the sidebar (or in the More menu), and the conversation gets a coloured dot and border. "New" means a reply or a status change since you last opened it. Opening the conversation clears the badge; clearing the bell doesn't hide it.
