Photo keys: fixes

Problem Try this
Photos show a lock On this device: Profile → Photo keys and unlock it. If it's unlocked, you may not be a key holder yet: ask one to give you access. Employees see only their own photos
This workspace protects photos. Update Vaultime to add photos Update the app from the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store
A bar at the top says photos are locked Tap Unlock with Touch ID (or Windows Hello), or tap a photo. ✕ hides it until you next sign in
Approve doesn't work when I tap Hold the fingerprint button for a second until the ring fills
The browser asks to unlock every time Tap Use Windows Hello or Touch ID next time, and untick This is a shared computer if it's your own computer
This passkey can't unlock photos The browser or device doesn't support it (some Firefox versions, older Windows). Try Use a phone in the browser's prompt, or use a photo password
Forgot my photo password Unlock with your Recovery Kit, a backup file or another device, then Change the password
New phone, old one gone Use my Recovery Kit, or restore from iCloud or Google backup. If you have neither, ask another key holder to give you access again
Lost everything, and I'm the only key holder If Vaultime Recovery is on, message us from Help: Support checks it's you, tells every key holder, and restores access after 7 days. If it's off, those photos can't be opened again
Add iPhone? on a device I don't recognise Tap Decline, then Profile → Photo keys → Replace my photo key and change your password
My older photos show a lock after I replaced my key A key holder's device restores them automatically the next time it opens Vaultime. Profile → Photo keys shows how many are waiting
Settings says some older photos couldn't be protected The file was damaged or missing. Vaultime support is told and follows up
Ask Vaultime won't describe a photo It never sees photos. It can count them and tell you where to look
