Where fields are used

• Exports: any field can be a column, padded, changed (New South Wales → NSW) or required. First filled of tries several in order (work type, site, project, then the person). See 17. Payroll and exports.
• Who a rule list is for: Contract is Casual, Licences includes First aid.
• Where a rule applies: only where the project's Agreement is Building.
• A limit from a field: overtime over their Contracted hours.
• Public holidays by state: the field holding each person's state.
• Last day: hours after it are flagged before an export.
• One file per value: a file per Employer or Pay frequency.
• Xero: linking people by Xero's employee number (UK), and the tracking category (cost centres, jobs).
• Ask Vaultime: the questions in What staff see, and Ask Vaultime.
