Cancel, or change your mind

Go to: Settings → My account → Cancel subscription.

1. Tap Cancel subscription. Stripe's cancellation page opens, where you can leave a reason if you like.
2. Everything keeps working until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. There are no refunds for the rest of that period, and no further charges.
3. Changed your mind before then? Tap Reactivate subscription.

Example: Sam cancels on 3 March; his plan renews on the 20th. Billing shows Cancels 20 Mar. His team keeps working as normal until the 20th, and he isn't charged again.
