Delete one workspace, keep the others

Deleting a workspace's data (Settings → Data and privacy → Delete workspace data) deletes only that workspace. Your other workspaces and your subscription carry on, and your seat count drops by the people who were only in the deleted workspace. To stop paying altogether, cancel in Settings → My account.

Example: Priya closes Harbour Catering. She deletes its data in Settings. Harbour Café is untouched, and her seats go from 7 to 6 at the next bill because one person worked only for the catering side.
