Invoicing: what Vaultime doesn't do

  • No tax, legal or accounting advice. Whether to charge GST, VAT or sales tax, which rate, what a valid invoice must include, when tax is due: ask an accountant or your tax office. Ask Vaultime won't answer these either.
  • Nothing filled in for you: no default tax, no "Tax invoice" wording, no country rules. Add what your rules need (like Tax invoice as the title in Wording, or your tax ID in IDs and payment).
  • No sending or collecting: Vaultime doesn't email invoices, take card payments, chase clients or send reminders. You send the PDF or link yourself and record payments.
  • No currency conversion: each invoice is in one currency; totals in reports stay per currency.
  • Not your accounting system: export your invoices for your accountant or accounting software.
