15. Invoicing (the Owner, and people they give access to)
Who: the workspace's Owner, and Super Admins or Admins the Owner gives access to. Go to: sidebar → Invoicing. On a phone: More → Invoicing.
Turn the hours in Vaultime, and anything else you do or sell, into invoices for your clients: in any currency, with your own prices, taxes and wording. Download the PDF or share a link; record payments as they arrive; see what's owed and overdue.
Vaultime is only the tool. You enter and decide everything on your invoices: your business and your clients' details, prices, taxes, wording and numbers. Vaultime calculates only with what you enter. It sets no tax, looks nothing up, gives no tax or legal advice, and never emails invoices or takes payments for you. You accept this once before you start, and confirm you've checked each invoice when you issue it; both are recorded.
Invoicing is part of your plan; there's nothing extra to pay.
