Why a line has no price
A line of hours shows No price set · tap to add one when no price matches it. Hours get a price when:
- there's a standard price, or a special price whose every pick matches the hours (client and project and site, if you picked all three); a special price for Coastal Homes and Ocean Rd doesn't cover Coastal Homes hours at another site;
- the price isn't turned off.
Tap the line to type a price for this invoice only, or tap Set your standard price. Every line without a price then picks it up.
No hours to invoice? Only approved hours for that client show (through their projects and job sites), in the days you picked, and not already on an invoice. Hours on a project with no client can't be invoiced until the project has one (Projects & sites → the project → client). Turn on Include submitted, not yet approved to add hours still waiting; the draft is marked. The Owner's own hours approve themselves when submitted.
No amounts at all? Check the days: hours outside them aren't included. And if a line has no quantity, it's a fixed amount: type the amount instead.
