History and sharing exports

• History (Payroll → Exports): every export and Xero send, who and when, the dates, people and hours, what was noted or left out, and download the same file again. Only the Owner can delete one from history; its days then stop showing Exported.
• A payroll file made in Ask Vaultime is in History too, when you say it's the one you'll import (Made with Ask Vaultime).
• Save as a file: an export's settings as a small file (no people or hours) to send someone; Load a Vaultime export file reads it. Copy to another workspace copies it to another of your workspaces.
• Fields, kinds and tags are matched by name in the other workspace; anything not found is listed, and its columns are left blank for you to pick.
