See my shifts

Who: everyone. Go to: the Next shift card on the Dashboard, or My shifts: in the sidebar (and a phone's bottom bar) for Employees; on the Roster screen (calendar-list icon) for Admins and Super Admins.

  • Your rostered hours charts your published hours: Weekly for this and the next five weeks, or Monthly for this and the next two months, done and coming up.
  • Mine lists your published shifts for the week. Team shows everyone's, if your workplace allows it.
  • Where to go on a shift shows the site's address with Directions, which opens your phone's maps app (Apple Maps on an iPhone, Google Maps on Android; a browser tab on a computer). A job site's address shows from 7 days before the shift, and it also shows the access notes, like a gate code, from 12 hours before the shift until it ends.
  • Open shifts you can take lists spare shifts. Tap I'll take it to ask for one.
  • When your roster changes, you get one notification (and a phone push) when your manager publishes, saying what changed, e.g. Sat 4 Oct 9:00 am → Sun 5 Oct 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Gate A or …is cancelled. Tapping it opens My shifts at that week.
  • Log as timesheet turns a finished shift into a draft entry, when you type your hours. It then shows In timesheet ✓.

Example: on Sunday night Jake opens My shifts. Monday is 7:00–11:00 at 14 Smith St then 12:00–3:30 at 22 Ocean Rd. He taps Where to go on the second one, sees Side gate, code 4417, and taps Directions to check the drive.
