Clock in with a printed site code

Go to: Clock card → Scan code. Some workplaces put up a printed code instead of a tablet.

  1. Tap Scan code (choose a project first if you're asked).
  2. Point your camera at the printed code. It tells Vaultime which site you're at.
  3. Your phone also shares its location once, like Phone does, because a printed code could be photographed. Scanning a photo of it somewhere else is recorded but flagged for your manager.

If it says the code isn't valid any more, your manager has replaced it: scan the new printout.

Example: Sam sticks a printed code on the site office at a big job. Ana scans it at 7:02 am; Vaultime records 14 Smith St, and her location confirms she's there.
