Clocking in at a job site

If you're rostered, your rostered site is checked first, so a job next door doesn't take your clock-in. Clocking in at a different site is recorded where you are and flagged Away from the rostered site (managers can switch this off: Settings → Roster → Flag clock-ins away from the rostered site). If you're not rostered and you're inside more than one site's area, the app asks which one. Clocking in somewhere that isn't a site at all asks for an optional note, like the address or who sent you.

For managers: in Approvals, an entry's evidence has Move to a site and, for a clock-in at an unknown place, Make this a job site. That opens a new job site at the spot where they clocked in (named from their note) and moves the shift there; its hours follow, with the site's job.

Example: Sam sends Ana to an urgent repair that isn't set up yet. She clocks in there and writes Leak repair, 5 Hill St, Sam sent me. In Approvals Sam taps Make this a job site; 5 Hill St is created where she stood, and her shift moves to it.
