Stamp photos with the date, time and site
Who: the Super Admin. Go to: Settings → Clock in → Options → Stamp photos (shown when Photo at punch or Photos of work is on).

- Where: photos of work (on shifts, typed hours and rostered shifts) and kiosk photos at clock-in.
- The time is Vaultime's, not the phone's: changing a phone's clock doesn't change the stamp.
- Offline: a photo taken without signal uses the last known time and says (offline). The photo is sent when the phone is back online.
- It's part of the picture: the stamp is drawn on the phone or tablet before the photo is sent, so it can't be removed or changed afterwards, and photos from before you switched it on have none.
- Letters: the stamp uses plain English letters, so accents and other scripts in names are left out.
Example: Priya switches Stamp photos to Date, time and site before the festival. Every photo from Gate A now shows the date, the time and Gate A, which helps when she sends one to the council about the broken fence.
